This Privacy Policy explains how Vablon (“Vablon”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and application. Vablon is operated from Canada and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
- Business data you enter: organizations, team members, jobs, customers, messages, reminders, and notes.
- Usage & device data: basic logs, IP address, and device/browser information needed to run and secure the service.
- Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or support email.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and improve the service, authenticate you, send transactional messages (like invites and reminders), respond to support requests, keep the platform secure, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Per-organization isolation
Your business data is isolated to your organization. Access is controlled by roles (owner, admin, member), and one organization cannot access another’s data. A platform operator may access data only where necessary to operate, support, or secure the service, or where legally required — and such access is limited and logged.
Sub-processors
We rely on trusted providers to run Vablon:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Resend — transactional and contact-form email.
- Stripe — payment processing (only if/when paid features are enabled).
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@vablon.com.
Cookies & analytics

Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level access controls, and least-privilege operational access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and will notify you of significant incidents as required by law.
Children
Vablon is for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
