Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the service within your organization. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• upload malware, or post spam or objectionable content as described below;
• attempt to breach security, access other organizations’ data, or disrupt the service;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User content and zero tolerance

Vablon has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behavior toward other users. Messages and images you share are your responsibility, and the standard is simple: treat the people you work with the way you would in person.

Objectionable content includes:

• harassment, bullying, or threats of violence;
• hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
• sexually explicit material;
• content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
• spam, scams, or unsolicited promotion.

Vablon screens messages automatically as they are sent, and refuses ones that contain hate speech, sexual content, or threats.

Any message from another person can be reported, and its sender blocked, from the message actions menu on web or by pressing and holding the message on mobile. Blocking hides that person’s messages from you immediately. If you cannot use the in-app tools, email support@vablon.com.

We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account responsible is suspended or terminated. Repeat or serious violations, including threats, illegal content, or sexual content involving minors, result in permanent removal from Vablon and may be reported to law enforcement.

Your content

You own the business data you put into Vablon. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You’re responsible for having the right to use the data you upload and for complying with laws that apply to your business and your customers.

Plans & payment

Vablon currently offers a free plan. Paid team plans may be introduced in the future; if you subscribe, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at that time. Payments, if any, are processed by Stripe.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Vablon reliable but provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update, add, or remove features over time. Some features shown on our site are on the roadmap and not yet available.

Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vablon disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero on a free plan).

Termination

You may stop using Vablon at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Vablon is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
